A2A Dispatch connects customers with independent, California-licensed locksmiths. We are a dispatch and booking platform; the locksmith service itself is performed by the independent provider named in your offer, under their license.
The price shown in your offer is confirmed before dispatch. Any change to price, method, or scope on site requires your explicit approval before work begins. You pay the provider on completion; reserving a booking costs nothing.
Where a provider has supplied their California BSIS license number, it is shown with their offer, and you can verify any license at search.dca.ca.gov. If no number is shown, ask the locksmith for it before work starts.
You may cancel a booking at any time before work begins, at no charge, using the cancellation link in your booking.
If a person is locked in a vehicle or otherwise at risk, call 911 first. Our service pauses dispatch in those situations and tells you to do exactly that.
Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, licensing, and insurance. We check license status at onboarding and display the number with the offer whenever the provider has supplied it.
